Fleeting Frailty- Telegraph #4

People accomplish the greatest fetes, people galvanize crowds, people love, people satisfy, people break hearts, people commit genocide, and people destroy. This topic is not an abecedarian one for anyone. A searching soul has already rationalized the topic of people being good and evil.  Setting definitions of viewing people, finding balance, and facing my relationships.  Why we can't stop.

There are two protagonist world views, whether man is naturally good, romantiscm, or people are naturally evil. The zeitgeist is romantiscm. I hold the contrary view that people are naturally wicked, but have potential. As I seek perfection, I distance myself from who I really am. Possibly I am mistaking who I was with my sinful nature.

A balance must be found in relationships. Finding yin and yang often is difficult. The balance is determining if they are hurting more than helping. No one is meant to tackle life alone. God made Adam for Eve. A few qualifiers for people hurting your life is, impairing goals, attacking values, and dilapidating other relationships. It is important to note that this evaluation of others you should also evaluate yourself, because criticism is like chewing gum savor it but don't swallow.

Sometimes it is difficult to carry my worldview into decision making because my disposition which is to think the best of others. When in reality this is not the case. Three things need to be remembered. Your best times will be with people, your worst times will be with people, people were meant to be left. Yes the best time marriage and birth. The worst, divorce and death. Some would call into question people being meant to be left, but it is quite clear humans are made largely independent with very few reasons to come together. Even if your relationships are perfect you or the other person will die, to never be seen again in this life.

So the impact of this is that human beings will cut you deeply and any sane person would distance themselves from this horrible kind altogether but our hearts cry out and we chase phantoms down rabbit holes.

Invaluable Individualism- Telegraph #3

No need to elaborate, everyone is aware of headlines of racism. An issue which must be confronted, but not just with words, but with actions, racism can be solved.  Most defiantly in America's present situation protest will not avail; all they do is strengthen walls of separation.  Truly the solution will not be easy, but it will be simple.  Following the Ockham's razor principle which states that the conclusion which is reached by the fewest assumptions is correct, the simplest way to solve for the problem will be reached and expounded upon.
How can this horrific problem be solved?  Surprisingly, the answer is inside of each individual. Of course this is individuality, the ability to look at each person as totally different. Never writing someone off as an upstanding citizen or a miscreant, is a simple way people can strengthen individualism.    It starts with people abandoning preconceived notions and just analyzing the facts.  That is why the sum of one's actions on earth is not greater than its parts.  "For too long in this society, we have celebrated unrestrained individualism over common community," Joe Biden tried to pedal this and it is not accurate in the realm of racism not just in America, but everywhere.  What happens is people's judgment is clouded by their obligation to race or religion.  This leaves them making uninformed decisions.

All solvable by appreciating how each person is equally innocent till proven guilty. History repeats itself and these same issues are unfolding in America. Uninformed people are making naive judgments on people they do not even know. It is up to the normal American to make this right.   Treat others as individuals.

Relationship Wreckers-Telegram #2

Some have speculated about the title of this blog. Why telegrams from the future? Most if not all are familiar with the industrial revolution era form of communication, which relied on basically Morse code. Obviously telegrams do not exist now because they were replaced with higher technology. They are, though the basic technology which was the stepping stone toward email and texting. The same issues which started when information was passed through hands at such a startling rate which befell those people are falling on us.

Obviously it is simple to see where quick communication started to separate families. Just in case you were wondering , family is important just like Confucius detailed,"To put the world in right order we must first put the nation in order; to put the nation in order, we must first put the family in order; to put the family in order, we must first cultivate our personal life; we must first set our hearts right."  With that antidote it will be easier to comprehend what role a quality family plays in the world. Technology separated the family pulling them apart slowly but surely. Mainly it attacked the father. Now, that pace would be slow, it was however a turning point where people left a simplistic lifestyle.

Looking around you in this light speed pace which you are exposed to it is clear we are not dependent of our devices. You're the person who decides what kind of life you lead. Whether you will put the phone down and talk to those around you. It may seem out of the ordinary, but there are people who want you to be interested. Do not waste the most available asset you.  The time you have on earth.

Palm trees

Massive Pillars of nature. Palm trees look barren and destitute till one takes the time to look at the fronds on the top. They reach toward the heavens as the sun is leaving.

Grasping for Greatness-Telegram #1

The purpose of this publication is for you to become powerful. As Sir Frances Bacon said bluntly," knowledge is power." So basically you are becoming smarter. This first post will go over first a few conditions of service. The brevity is on purpose. Also this first post will deal expressly with the sometimes technical aspects of these telegraphs. Dumbing things down and sacrificing maximum intellectual enrichment will only result in you being left without everything which you could receive. I would be cheating you and that would be evil of me.

Shockingly a great example of this is not hard to find just look at the American public educational system. Simply put people not getting everything they deserve from a system. Striving for an easy progressive system, which a lack of effort is rewarded, so that every student graduates. The impact of the system is it being extremely behind the rest of the world. In no way is this an insult to the current student, because the student will always pick the minimum requirement, it is a result of human nature.

You, the reader, are probably fascinated by this history lesson, but by no means does it relate to your life, but watch this. What requirements do you set for yourself (glances at New Year’s resolutions). Most will do something they know they can achieve. Just like the American public education student just getting by. I implore you to choose something which you are certain is impossible. Maybe instead of 5 kilos, 10 kilos, instead of saving 20 euros a week save 30 euros. Push yourself, and you will be amazed at what you can do. Do not fear failure because it will jump on you eventually, you will be able to say, you failed daring greatness. Your defeats are character building experiences.

I’ll leave you with this quote from Vince Lombardi,” It's not whether you get knocked down; it's whether you get up.” Coming from a man who faced struggles and had overwhelming victories; Lombardi's eyes where on the prize. Continue striving for greatness.

P.S. Your comments and criticism are welcome.
